Not all Danes eat the same way.
Normally, Danes eat three times a day: breakfast at home, lunch at work, and dinner at home. However, there are many different ways to eat in Denmark. Some people follow popular trends, while others keep to what they have always done.
If we’re explaining what most Danes do, they usually eat three times a day. For breakfast some people like oatmeal or muesli with milk or yogurt, whereas others prefer bread with cold cuts. Lunch is often a cold meal while dinner, which takes place between 18.00 and 20.00, is often a warm meal and, for most people, the biggest meal of the day.
