Apps can help you when traveling outside Denmark.
A lot of people are terrible at packing, and you might be one of them. If that’s the case you should check out Travel List. The app will help you organize the items you have to pack, and you can add a reminder for the things you have to pack at the last minute.
If you have an Iphone or an Android you might have a map that works perfectly fine, but in most cases you need Wi-Fi or an internet connection to use it properly. “Momondo places” is a travel guide/free offline city map; it has generated maps for many major cities, so if you’re in Copenhagen its a great option. Additionally, it provides recommendations for attractions.
If you want another solution then Google Maps might be the right thing for you. Besides being aware of where you’re going, Google Maps also provides you with traffic updates, 360 degree street view, voice guide, and a lot of other features.
If you on the other hand want to look back on your trip you’ll need the app LiveTrekker – it creates a digital journal of your travels, so you can see it afterwards on an interactive map. You can add a lot of different things to the journal, so it will be more interesting to look back on.
